数あるフィンランド産メロディック・ゴシック・メタルバンドのなかでも特に好きなバンドがこのTO/DIE/FOR。コンパクト＆キャッチー＆ノリノリなサウンドは車で聴くのにもってこいということで、通勤中にかける割合も非常に高い。短い通勤時間のなかでは、いかにして短時間でメタル・エクスタシーを感じるかは非常に重要なのだ。特に現時点での最新作「IV」はアルバムとしての完成度が高くて気に入っている。そんな彼らも割りとコンスタントに活動しており、今月には新作が出る模様。期待したい。
